Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Frank’s Kraut
A classic comfort food made in the Crock-pot with Frank’s Kraut.
Ingredients
1 32oz jar Frank's Kraut OR use 2 16oz Frank's Sweet & Smoky BBQ Kraut or 2 16oz Mustard Kraut
2 lbs Kielbasa Smoked Sausage, cut into 2” rounds
1 large Sweet Onion, diced
4 quartered potatoes
1 cup Water, or domestic beer of choice
Instructions
- Add the Frank’s Kraut, kielbasa, onion, and potatoes to the slow cooker and stir.
- Pour water or beer into Crock Pot slowly. Stir.
- Cook on High for 4 hours, or Low for 6-7 hours.
- Plate and enjoy!
