Ingredients

4 all beef hotdogs
1 tube of crescent rolls
4 slices of Swiss cheese
8oz Frank’s Kraut
8oz thin sliced corned beef
Thousand Island for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. On parchment paper carefully unroll the crescent rolls.
  3. Do not separate the triangles, you want to keep the rolls in rectangle shape.
  4. Build your pigs in a blanket by layering Swiss cheese, corned beef, Frank's Kraut and finally the hotdog.
  5. Wrap the mixture around the hotdog and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crescent roll is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. You can eat them whole, or slice into bites and serve with a toothpick.
  8. Serve with thousand island for dipping! Enjoy!
