Ingredients
4 all beef hotdogs
1 tube of crescent rolls
4 slices of Swiss cheese
8oz Frank’s Kraut
8oz thin sliced corned beef
Thousand Island for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- On parchment paper carefully unroll the crescent rolls.
- Do not separate the triangles, you want to keep the rolls in rectangle shape.
- Build your pigs in a blanket by layering Swiss cheese, corned beef, Frank's Kraut and finally the hotdog.
- Wrap the mixture around the hotdog and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crescent roll is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- You can eat them whole, or slice into bites and serve with a toothpick.
- Serve with thousand island for dipping! Enjoy!
