Frank's White Chicken Chili Cooking Instructions

Yields 4-6 servings


1 cup yellow onion, diced
½ cup carrot, diced
½ cup celery, diced
1-4oz can diced green chiles
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1-14oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1-14oz can Frank’s Kraut, drained
1-14oz can corn, drained
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 quarts chicken stock
Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add in onion, carrots, celery and chiles. Cook until veggies start to become tender, about 3 minutes. Add spices and dried herbs and cook for 2 more minutes.
  2. Stir chicken, beans, kraut and corn into veggies to incorporate. Finally. Add stock and bring to a boil. Once at a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and let cook for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
