¼ pound beef Round, patty
2 slices beef Corned
2 tablespoons Cheese Shredded, Swiss
1 tablespoon Dressing Thousand Island
2 tablespoons Frank’s Kraut Quality
1 Bun Pretzel Pub-style
- Grill burger patty until it reaches medium well doneness.
- While burger is grilling, warm corned beef and sauerkraut in a sautee pan until heated through.
- Top burger with swiss cheese and cover to melt. Place burger, corned beef and sauerkraut on bottom bun. Top with thousand island dressing and finish with top bun.
