Ingredients

1 bun Pretzel
1 piece beef smoked brat
¼ cup Cheese Swiss, Shredded
1 tablespoon Dressing Thousand Island
½ cup Frank’s Kraut

Instructions

  1. Split brat down the middle, but leaving it attached, so it opens like a book.
  2. Place it on your grill, split-side down. While brat is heating through, place sauerkraut in a skillet over medium heat to warm through.
  3. Flip brat over and top with swiss cheese. Melt. Top with sauerkraut. Place on bun and finish with thousand island dressing.
