Kielbasa 'n Kraut Shots

Ingredients

14oz,-16oz. kielbasa sausage
12oz.-16oz. Bacon
14oz. Frank’s Kraut drained
8oz shredded pepper jack cheese
mustard and horseradish sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or smoker to 375°F. In a large bowl, mix shredded pepper jack and Frank’s Kraut.
  2. Slice kielbasa into 1/2 inch medallions. Wrap bacon around the edge of each medallions and secure with a toothpick. They should look like shot glasses. Carefully spoon kraut and cheese mixture into each “shot glass.”
  3. Cook at 375° for 45-75 minutes or until bacon is crispy and fat is rendered. (The cook time will vary based on the thickness of bacon.)
  4. Serve kraut shots with dipping sauces and enjoy!
