1 27 oz can Frank’s Kraut drained
½ cup carrots shredded
For Dressing:
1 cup mayo
¼ cup sugar
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix together dressing ingredients in the bottom of a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add kraut and carrots. Mix together, thoroughly.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
