Frank's Macaroni Salad Recipe
1-pound Elbow Macaroni, cooked and cooled
2 14-oz cans Frank’s Kraut, drained
1 large onion, finely chopped
3-4 stalks celery, finely chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons brown mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes, or as long as overnight.
- Serve chilled.
