Colcannon with Kraut

Ingredients

2 ½ - 3 cups potatoes mashed
1 Onion large, sliced
1 Can Frank’s Kraut 14oz can Frank’s Quality Kraut, rinsed and drained
4 tbs butter

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet, over medium heat.
  2. Sautee onions and sauerkraut. Add in mashed potatoes and stir until combine.
  3. Cook until heated through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and top with remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
