Steak and Sauerkraut Panini Recipe

Yields 1 Servings


¼ pound steak steak of your choice, cooked and sliced
2 Slices sourdough bread
2 Slices Cheese muenster
2 tablespoons Frank’s Kraut
2 Slices Tomato
1 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons Honey mustard


  1. Mix together barbecue sauce and honey mustard and spread onto one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Top half of the bread slices with cheese, steak, Frank’s Kraut, tomatoes and another slice of bread, sauce side down.
  3. Butter the outsides of each sandwich and place in a panini press or skillet, preheated to medium high.
  4. If using a skillet, flip sandwich once one side is golden brown and cook until second side is crisp and cheese has melted.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
