Steak and Sauerkraut Panini Recipe
¼ pound steak steak of your choice, cooked and sliced
2 Slices sourdough bread
2 Slices Cheese muenster
2 tablespoons Frank’s Kraut
2 Slices Tomato
1 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons Honey mustard
- Mix together barbecue sauce and honey mustard and spread onto one side of each slice of bread.
- Top half of the bread slices with cheese, steak, Frank’s Kraut, tomatoes and another slice of bread, sauce side down.
- Butter the outsides of each sandwich and place in a panini press or skillet, preheated to medium high.
- If using a skillet, flip sandwich once one side is golden brown and cook until second side is crisp and cheese has melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
