Smoked Salmon and Kraut Crostini
12 baguette slices, toasted
4 oz smoked salmon
1 8-oz block cream cheese
¾ cup Frank’s Kraut, drained
Chives, to garnish
- Layer the toasted slices of baguette with a schmear of cream cheese, one tablespoon of Frank’s Kraut, and top with a piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with chives and enjoy!
