Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Frank’s Kraut

A classic comfort food made in the Crock-pot with Frank’s Kraut.

Yields 2lbs of Keilbasa

Ingredients

1 32oz jar Frank's Kraut OR use 2 16oz Frank's Sweet & Smoky BBQ Kraut
2 lbs Kielbasa Smoked Sausage, cut into 2” rounds
1 large Sweet Onion, diced
4 quartered potatoes
1 cup Water, or domestic beer of choice

Instructions

  1. Add the Frank’s Kraut, kielbasa, onion, and potatoes to the slow cooker and stir.
  2. Pour water or beer into Crock Pot slowly. Stir.
  3. Cook on High for 4 hours, or Low for 6-7 hours.
  4. Plate and enjoy!
