Sauerkraut Salad recipe
Ingredients
1 Frank’s Kraut 32 oz. jar of Frank's sauerkraut rinsed and drained
1/4 cup Carrot shredded
1 Onion small, red, sliced
3 stalks large onion green, (green part only)
1 8 oz. can mandarin orange segments (drain and reserve juice)
1 lemon juiced
1 tbs salt
2 tbs chili flakes
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add juice of lemon, reserved juice of mandarin orange, salt and chili flakes.
- Toss again.
- Arrange on platter.
