Ingredients

4 soft taco or fajita-sized flour tortillas
8 slices Swiss cheese (thinly sliced)
7 oz. pastrami or corned beef (about 16 thinly sliced pieces)
1 cup Frank’s Kraut, drained well
4 – 8 sandwich stacker-style dill pickle slices (dill pickle chips would also work)
4 tbsp. thousand island dressing

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a counter or workstation. Place 2 slices of the thinly sliced Swiss cheese, slightly overlapping, onto each tortilla. Top the cheese with 4 slices of the thinly sliced pastrami or corned beef. Next, add about ¼ cup of the kraut to each tortilla. Microwave the wraps on high, one or two at a time, on a microwave safe plate for 45 to 60 seconds, or until everything is warm and the cheese is melted. This time may vary depending on your microwave.
  2. Next, top each tortilla with 1 to 2 pickle slices and about 1 tablespoon of thousand island dressing. Fold up into a wrap and enjoy!
