4 cups corn tortilla chips
8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup thousand island dressing
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups Frank’s Kraut, drained
½ cup banana pepper rings
½ cup pico de gallo
½ cup corned beef, cut into ¼-inch pieces and sautéed until crispy
- In a small sauce pan, stir together cream cheese and thousand island dressing over medium heat, until melted.
- Spread chips across a baking sheet and top with melted cream cheese mixture. Top with kraut, peppers and shredded Swiss cheese.
- Broil in oven to melt cheese, about 2 minutes.
- Top with pico de gallo and crispy corned beef.
