
Reuben Cracker Spread with Bavarian Kraut

Ingredients
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup thousand island dressing
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (about 2 ½ cups shredded)
8 oz. pastrami or corned beef, chopped
1 14 oz. can Frank’s Bavarian Style Kraut, drained
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Crackers for serving
Cut vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, thousand island dressing, and Swiss cheese. Mix until smooth and thoroughly combined. Next, add the pastrami or corned beef, Frank’s Bavarian Style Kraut, and green onions. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix again until everything is evenly combined.
- Serve with your favorite crackers and veggies for dipping.
- This can be served immediately or covered and placed in the refrigerator overnight or until ready to eat.
