Quick Kimchi Stir Fry
1 Onion Largelarge white, sliced
2 cup tofu extra firm, diced
2 Eggs scrambled
½ cup Sauce soy
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Oil, sesame
1 cup mushrooms shitake, sliced
Vegetable oil as needed for frying
white rice coocked, for serving
- Heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a wok, over medium high heat. Add onions, mushrooms and tofu. Sautee until lightly brown. Add eggs and scramble in the bottom of the pan.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey and sesame oil. Pour over tofu and vegetables. Stir and combine. Lower heat to medium low and stir in 1 cup of kimchi. Heat through and serve with steamed rice and extra kimchi. Gather around the table for a family meal and enjoy!
