Kraut Spinach Dip

Yields 8-12 servings

Ingredients

10 oz fresh spinach
½ cup onion, diced
1 cup Frank’s Kraut, drained
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
Pita chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, cook spinach, onion and kraut over medium heat, until spinach is wilted.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except one cup of Parmesan and chips, and cook until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
  3. Transfer dip to an oven-safe skillet and top with remaining cup of Parmesan.
  4. Broil until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Serve with pita chips.
