Kraut Spinach Dip
10 oz fresh spinach
½ cup onion, diced
1 cup Frank’s Kraut, drained
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
Pita chips, for serving
- In a medium pot, cook spinach, onion and kraut over medium heat, until spinach is wilted.
- Add remaining ingredients, except one cup of Parmesan and chips, and cook until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
- Transfer dip to an oven-safe skillet and top with remaining cup of Parmesan.
- Broil until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with pita chips.
