Ingredients

20 oz. package cheese filled tortellini (usually found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store)
¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
1 – 1 ¼ cup Frank’s Kraut, drained
2 tbsp. minced fresh dill (tightly packed)
¾ cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cool water. Drain again, shaking off excess water, and add to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the red onion, cherry tomatoes, Frank’s Kraut, fresh dill, and Italian dressing to the tortellini. Gently mix until everything is coated in the dressing.
  3. This can be served immediately. Although, it is best if stored (covered) in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
