Jalapeno Kraut Poppers

8 jalapenos cut in hald and seeded
1 8oz block cream cheese
1/4 cup Frank’s Kraut drained
1/4 cup chives
1/4 cup shredded cheese
4 slices bacon cut in half
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, kraut, chives, shredded cheese and spices.
  2. Fill each jalapeno half with 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture.
  3. Wrap each popper with half slice of bacon and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
