Frank’s Ultimate Oktoberfest Meal

Ingredients

4 can Frank’s Kraut Sweet Bavarian
2 pounds Kielbasa
1 Onion Large, Sweet
1 Apple Large
1 bottle Beer

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion and apple into medium sized pieces
  2. Cut the Kielbasa into one inch chunks
  3. Heat the beer on medium in a large pot.
  4. Add the onions and the apple. Saute until tender.
  5. Add the Kielbasa. Allow cook down. Stir.
  6. Add the Frank's Bavarian Kraut. Stir.
  7. Cover and cook for four hours on low heat.

Additional Notes

Serve with apples, pretzels and beer.
