Frank's Polish Kraut Kielbasa Burger Recipe
1 package of Kielbasa
1 jar of Frank’s Polish Kraut
Potato Cheese Perogies (homemade or frozen)
1 large onion, chopped
4 Tablespoons salted butter
- Sautee chopped onion in medium saucepan with 2 tablespoons of butter until softened. Reduce heat and add perogies and cook until soft or desired texture, keep warm and set aside.
- Slice kielbasa lengthwise and thoroughly heat/cook in a large saucepan with remaining butter. While kielbasa is cooking, add the desired amount of Frank’s Polish Kraut to the saucepan. Once kielbasa is thoroughly cooked keep warm and set aside.
- Lightly toast the inside of the brioche buns.
- Assemble your burger with 2 slices of kielbasa, 1-2 perogies, diced onion, and a big heap of Frank’s Polish Kraut. Serve and enjoy!
