Frank's Polish Kraut Kielbasa Burger Recipe

Yields 4-6 Burgers


Brioche Buns
1 package of Kielbasa
1 jar of Frank’s Polish Kraut
Potato Cheese Perogies (homemade or frozen)
1 large onion, chopped
4 Tablespoons salted butter


  1. Sautee chopped onion in medium saucepan with 2 tablespoons of butter until softened. Reduce heat and add perogies and cook until soft or desired texture, keep warm and set aside.
  2. Slice kielbasa lengthwise and thoroughly heat/cook in a large saucepan with remaining butter. While kielbasa is cooking, add the desired amount of Frank’s Polish Kraut to the saucepan. Once kielbasa is thoroughly cooked keep warm and set aside.
  3. Lightly toast the inside of the brioche buns.
  4. Assemble your burger with 2 slices of kielbasa, 1-2 perogies, diced onion, and a big heap of Frank’s Polish Kraut. Serve and enjoy!
