3 pound beef Corned beef brisket (uncooked)
15-25 pound Turkey Whole
2 pound Frank’s Kraut
Dressing Thousand Island Dressing
Sauce Swiss Cheese Sauce
2 TBS butter
2 TBS flour
2 cup Milk
1 cup Cheese Swiss, (shredded)


  1. Cube the Corned Beef
  2. Rinse and Drain the Frank's Kraut
  3. Combine Beef and Kraut
  4. Stuff and surround turkey
  5. Top with Thousand Island dressing
  6. Bake per turkey instructions
  7. Sauce: Melt butter in pan
  8. Whisk in flour
  9. Add milk
  10. Whisk in cheese
  11. Heat until creamy
  12. Remove turkey
  13. Remove sauerkraut and corned beef mixture
  14. Promptly slice turkey
  15. Place corned beef and sauerkraut mixture between
  16. slices of turkey
  17. Smother in warm Swiss cheese sauce
