Frank’s Kraut Reuben Stuffed Turkey
Ingredients
3 pound beef Corned beef brisket (uncooked)
15-25 pound Turkey Whole
2 pound Frank’s Kraut
Dressing Thousand Island Dressing
Sauce Swiss Cheese Sauce
2 TBS butter
2 TBS flour
2 cup Milk
1 cup Cheese Swiss, (shredded)
Instructions
- Cube the Corned Beef
- Rinse and Drain the Frank's Kraut
- Combine Beef and Kraut
- Stuff and surround turkey
- Top with Thousand Island dressing
- Bake per turkey instructions
- Sauce: Melt butter in pan
- Whisk in flour
- Add milk
- Whisk in cheese
- Heat until creamy
- Remove turkey
- Remove sauerkraut and corned beef mixture
- Promptly slice turkey
- Place corned beef and sauerkraut mixture between
- slices of turkey
- Smother in warm Swiss cheese sauce
