Frank’s Kraut Grilled Reuben Burgers

4 Burger Patties Pub, quarter pound
1 pound beef thin sliced corned beef
1 pound Frank’s Kraut
¼ pound block of cream cheese thin Swiss
4 Buns
Dressing Thousand Island


  1. Grill burgers, set aside.
  2. Warm corned beef on grill, set aside.
  3. Toast buns on grill, remove tops, set aside.
  4. Place burgers on bun bottoms on grill.
  5. Place sauerkraut on each burger.
  6. Place corned beef on sauerkraut.
  7. Place dollop of Thousand Island dressing over sauerkraut.
  8. Place one slice of Swiss cheese over top of burger.
  10. Close grill cover for one minute, the internal temperature should melt the cheese.
  11. Remove burgers from heat and place bun tops on burgers
