Frank’s Kraut Grilled Reuben Burgers
Ingredients
4 Burger Patties Pub, quarter pound
1 pound beef thin sliced corned beef
1 pound Frank’s Kraut
¼ pound block of cream cheese thin Swiss
4 Buns
Dressing Thousand Island
Instructions
- Grill burgers, set aside.
- Warm corned beef on grill, set aside.
- Toast buns on grill, remove tops, set aside.
- Place burgers on bun bottoms on grill.
- Place sauerkraut on each burger.
- Place corned beef on sauerkraut.
- Place dollop of Thousand Island dressing over sauerkraut.
- Place one slice of Swiss cheese over top of burger.
- REDUCE HEAT TO LOW
- Close grill cover for one minute, the internal temperature should melt the cheese.
- Remove burgers from heat and place bun tops on burgers
