Frank’s Classic New York Dog
1 tbs olive oil Largelarge white, sliced
1 Onion yellow, large, sliced
2 tbs ketchup
1 tbs mustard spicy, brown
1 pinch cinnamon
½ cup Frank’s Kraut
8 hot Dogs stadium-style, grilled or steamed
8 hotdog buns
- Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add onion and sauté until lightly golden. Add ketchup, mustard, cinnamon and kraut.
- Remove from heat and enjoy atop your hotdog!
