Perfect for game day, holiday gatherings, or quick party snacks, these bite-sized stacks deliver a bold combination of flavors and textures in every bite. Using simple ingredients like Ritz crackers, deli-style meats, and pre-made kraut, this no-cook recipe comes together in just 15 minutes. The zesty mustard kraut adds a unique twist that elevates classic meat-and-cheese snacks into something memorable and crave-worthy. Ingredients

1 sleeve Ritz crackers (or cracker of choice)
½ lb. thinly sliced luncheon meat, cut into 1 to 1 ½” strips (I used turkey and roast beef)
8 slices cheese, cut into 4 smaller squares (I used sliced cheddar)
1 cup Frank’s Mustard Kraut, drained well
Minced fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay the crackers out in a single Layer on a serving platter or plate. Top each cracker with a small slice of cheese and top each slice of cheese with two folded over strips of luncheon meat. Next, top the meat with approximately one tablespoon of Franks Mustard Kraut and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  2. Serve immediately.
