4 1-inch pork chops
16oz Frank’s Kraut or SnowFloss Kraut
8oz applesauce
2 tablespoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In an oven-safe baking dish, mix together kraut and applesauce.
  2. Season pork chops generously with garlic powder, salt and pepper, and place on top of kraut mixture.
  3. Place on top rack of oven, under broiler for 5-6 minutes per side, about 12 minutes total.
  4. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
