Classic Broiled Pork Chops & Kraut
4 1-inch pork chops
16oz Frank’s Kraut
2 tablespoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
- In an oven-safe baking dish, mix together kraut and applesauce.
- Season pork chops generously with garlic powder, salt and pepper, and place on top of kraut mixture.
- Place on top rack of oven, under broiler for 5-6 minutes per side, about 12 minutes total.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
