Chili Cheese Dippers

Yields 8-12 servings

Ingredients

2 cups Frank’s Kraut, drained
8 oz processed American Cheese, cut into cubes
¼ cup Beer, *your favorite light domestic works best
1 14-oz can Chili with Beans
2 tablespoons Brown Mustard
1 14-oz package Cocktail Sausages, heated
12 oz Soft Pretzel Bites, heated

Instructions

  1. In a medium sauce pan, mix kraut, cheese, beer, chili and mustard over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer an allow cheese to melt, stirring occasionally. Continue cooking for about 20 minutes, or until ingredients are well combine and dip has thickened.
  2. Serve hot with warmed pretzel bites and sausages.
