Chili Cheese Dippers
2 cups Frank’s Kraut, drained
8 oz processed American Cheese, cut into cubes
¼ cup Beer, *your favorite light domestic works best
1 14-oz can Chili with Beans
2 tablespoons Brown Mustard
1 14-oz package Cocktail Sausages, heated
12 oz Soft Pretzel Bites, heated
- In a medium sauce pan, mix kraut, cheese, beer, chili and mustard over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer an allow cheese to melt, stirring occasionally. Continue cooking for about 20 minutes, or until ingredients are well combine and dip has thickened.
- Serve hot with warmed pretzel bites and sausages.
