1/3 cup ketchup
3 tsp. yellow mustard
1 ½ tbsp. mayonnaise
*For the Pizza:
1 10-12” pizza crust
Burger sauce
2 ¼ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, cheddar jack, or pizza blend work great)
1 cup cooked and crumbled ground beef, drained
¼ of a red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup Frank’s Mustard Kraut, lightly drained
¼ cup dill pickle chips
Instructions
- *Instructions for the Burger Sauce:
- Place the ketchup, yellow mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Whisk until well blended. Set aside.

- Brush the pizza crust with the prepared burger sauce, leaving about ½ to 1-inch space around the edge. Top the burger sauce with 2 cups of the shredded cheese. Sprinkle the crumbled ground beef evenly over the top of the cheese. On top of the ground beef, evenly distribute the red onion, followed by the mustard kraut and dill pickle slices.
- Top everything with the remaining ¼ cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-20 minutes, or until the crust is light golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately with extra Burger Sauce for dipping.
