Ingredients

1 cup buffalo hot sauce
2 tbsp. powdered ranch mix
½ cup BBQ sauce
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into small chunks
2 cups shredded cheese, divided (such as Colby Jack or Mexican Cheese Blend)
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (about 2 ½ cups)
1 16 oz. jar Franks Sweet and Smoky BBQ Kraut, drained
Tortilla chips for serving
Sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan set over medium heat, whisk together the buffalo hot sauce, powdered ranch mix, and BBQ sauce.
  2. Add the cream cheese and 1 cup of shredded cheese to the saucepan. Stir to mix. Cook, stirring or whisking often, until the mixture is fully melted and creamy; about 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and mix the shredded chicken and Frank's BBQ Kraut into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Scoop the dip into an oven-safe baking dish (8” x 8” or small casserole dish). Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  5. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2 to 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired, and serve alongside tortilla chips for dipping.
