Bavarian Fish Tacos Recipe
Ingredients
8 Tortillas mini flour tortillas
8 pieces fish frozen, battered
1 cup Frank’s Sweet Bavarian Style Kraut, drained
½ cup pickles Shredded
½ cup Carrot shredded
2 tbs tarragon chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
2-3 tbs lemon juice fresh
salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Bake fish pieces according to package directions.
- While fish is baking make slaw by mixing Frank’s Sweet Bavarian Style Kraut, chopped pickles, carrots, tarragon, mayo and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
- Once fish is baked, layer tortillas with fish and slaw.
