Bavarian Fish Tacos Recipe

8 Tortillas mini flour tortillas
8 pieces fish frozen, battered
1 cup Frank’s Sweet Bavarian Style Kraut, drained
½ cup pickles Shredded
½ cup Carrot shredded
2 tbs tarragon chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
2-3 tbs lemon juice fresh


  1. Bake fish pieces according to package directions.
  2. While fish is baking make slaw by mixing Frank’s Sweet Bavarian Style Kraut, chopped pickles, carrots, tarragon, mayo and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Once fish is baked, layer tortillas with fish and slaw.
